1. Order Inspection
Please check the order before you pay with the courier upon delivery
* Check the outer packaging
* Check the perfume box condition

2. Returns After Delivery
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
* Perfume is damaged or leaking
* You received the wrong perfume

3. Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
* Report within 24 hours of delivery
* The perfume must be unused, unopened, and sealed in its original box

4. Non-Returnable Cases
We do NOT accept returns if:
* The perfume has been opened or sprayed
* The customer changed their mind after receiving the order
* The product was used after delivery

5. Refund Process
* Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
* If approved:
* 💳 Online / InstaPay: within 3–5 working days
